Arts Council England invests in art and culture and organisations, artists, events, initiatives and others can apply for their grants and project funds.
The Gloucestershire Alliance produces the Funding Opportunities Bulletin on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council for use in the county.
Creative Lives also have a Funding opportunities page for the UK, searchable by area. Plus their “Get Funded” page shows a range of briefings and guides to help you secure funding for your creative group or organisation.

Dementia choirs, musical activities for carers, and other initiatives supporting people through music will be able to apply for multi-year grants of either £1000 or £2000 per year. There will also be one larger grant of £500,000 for a Centre of Excellence.

Stroud District Council has been awarded £100,000 for 2023-24 and £300,000 for 2024-25. The fund aims to address specific challenges affecting rural businesses and communities. For community organisations, the fund is seeking to invest in activities that enhance physical, cultural and social ties and amenities.
Applications for Rural Grants are open until 28th February 2025
To apply, organisations must be located in eligible rural areas within the Stroud district, as defined by DEFRA
