Weven is a not-for-profit folk crafts cooperative based in Stroud, where we showcase a range artists and makers who are continuing to use traditional and often regional heritage craft skills.

Aiming to particularly champion dyeing or endangered skillsets, Weven works to promote a diverse and original workshop programme to support this, by sharing orally and informally these important arts with the local community. Situated within arts cafe and bar Meta, Weven regularly contributes towards art exhibitions displayed in the venue's collaborative upstairs arts space utilising the broad range of local talent, alongside music and film events to further enrich Stroud's engaging creative scene.
