I love the practical side of producing – doing what it takes to get a new show, a new gig, a new programme to the starting blocks and on to a successful life beyond.

I have been producing, project managing and fundraising in the arts for the past 25 years and work in music, theatre, visual arts, cross arts and festivals. I create partnerships, find funders, manage budgets, and provide the links between creative teams and the business world with a foot in each camp. The holy grail for me is to position organisations so they are in the right position to raise money, build powerful partnerships and get things done with the right team. 

I have produced my own projects (as a theatre producer in London), worked within organisations (as Director of the Cheltenham Jazz Festival) and as a consultant. CURRENT PROJECTS: I created and have run the Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries programme for Jerwood Charitable Foundation since 2010 (funding paid placements for recent graduates from low income backgrounds), am project managing the Garfield Weston Foundation’s 60th Anniversary in 2018 and have been Project Director for the new Gloucester Roundhouse project since it launched in 2017.
