Creative facilitator / infographic needed

We are looking for a creative facilitator that will help us to create a visual representation showing the impact / success / work that our Voice Board has had over the last two years.

We have come to the end of our first cohort of Voice Board members, and the group has suggested that we could explore some of these achievements and it would be great to do this in a creative fun way which gives us an output of something visual we can include as part of our strategy.
