Supporting Future Talent in Gloucestershire across arts, health and wellbeing
Overview
The Future Talent steering group invites applications from an experienced freelance consultant/researcher to undertake an independent review of our community research into workforce development in Creative Health in Gloucestershire.
Background
In 2023 a group of interested and experienced partners formed a ‘Future Talent’ steering group with the aim to explore and take proactive steps to diversify the Creative Health workforce in Gloucestershire and ensure those currently under-represented in the sector are able to benefit from opportunities equitably. This project will help improve pathways both for practitioners and for participants across county Creative Health services.
Following a successful small research and evaluation grant through One Gloucestershire, NHS Gloucestershire, the steering group have facilitated and collated data and feedback from two ‘Creative Labs’ – one with artists, the other with organisations – and from over 50 survey submissions.
The brief
You will analyse data from Creative Labs, surveys and focus groups or meetings and produce a report summarising findings. This will lead to us working with a designer to create a more visual summary document You will work with the Future Talent Steering Group on recommendations for next steps that will inform a development plan.
