As we have grown and focussed on activities and looked externally in supporting the community, we really haven’t found the opportunity to take a step back to review what we have done and how we have carried them out.
The survey will be of 2 types:
Organisational & Group survey focussed on organisations who have work with the Friendship Café and have been involved in different capacities over the years, as part of this survey we would really like groups who have used, hired or worked with the charity to share their feedback.
Visitor & Participant survey focussed on individual experiences of the charity and to capture views of what individual thoughts are around the charity.

Acknowledging the great work already established by the founders and the dedication of Imran Atcha managing the charity for over 2 decades, this feedback will support the development and shape the future strategy of the charity, it will set out the clear plans for the future which will not only help the organisation but also give clarity externally to who the charity is and what it plans to do.
We have partnered up with the University of Gloucestershire who are supporting the review phase of the work and will work with the charity to share the findings.
