VASW is launching a new annual artists and artworker survey. We want to support informed decision making and the report we will publish will give evidence for cases for investment; demonstrate trends and articulate the barriers artists face - helping to shape priorities for the future. 

Deadline to complete the survey: 31st October 2023 

We have developed a set of questions that will enable us to:

  • Better understand the needs and experiences of artists and artworkers in the South West 

  • Gather key data around pay, employment and funding 

  • Understand and articulate the make-up of the region (who is operating here) to give a clear picture of the sectors diversity and barriers to inclusion
