Create a handmade Wellbeing Diary, explore your creativity, build your self-confidence and gain employability skills.
You can take part if you:
Are aged 25+
Are registered with a GP in Gloucestershire
Want to boost your skills and employment prospects
Are not currently in education/training/employment OR
Have recently re-engaged with work (and need support to sustain this)
Day: Thursdays 10.30am-12.30pm
Date: January 25th, February 1st, 8th, 15th (break for half term), 22nd, 29th, March, 7th, 14th, 21st
Location: The Ed Shed, 2 Quay Street,Gloucester, GL1 2PG (behind the old Folk Museum in Westgate St.) with artist Amy Freeman
