The Co-Lab is a personal development programme which is all about creating the conditions in Gloucestershire for fairer health. To quote Einstein ‘we cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.  The participants are exploring how to grow their capacities and confidence to think, look and understand differently – essential skills if we are to change the health inequalities embedded in the current system. The group is looking to create some assets with Lucy that will share what they think enables great collaborative working and in particular the skills and capacities this requires of leaders, change makers and pioneers.Lucy’s creative practice will enable us all to think about the experience of the Co-Lab from a different angle and will complement a parallel word-based evaluation approach.

Doing evaluation differently is one of the themes of our upcoming DataDay- how can we re-draw the data landscape in Gloucestershire so data works better for all.
