How did the Off We Go project go?
In 2022 CG were one of 5 arts and community organisations in the Berkeley Vale area that partnered with the NHS to run a series of creative workshops. The goal was to help people reconnect with their communities after the pandemic.
The programme had a great impact on the local community. So much so that in 2023 the partners decided to use the small budget that remained to devise and run a second set of activities. Recommendations for workshops that might appeal to a wider audience were included so that more men and younger people might be encouraged to take part. All activities were suitable for all levels of experience.
