Creative Climate Action Toolkit - for small creative businesses and freelancers

In this video, Zoe Rasbash, Environmental Emergencies Action Researcher, introduces the Creative Climate Action Toolkit developed through the Pervasive Media Studio team at The Watershed in Bristol.

The research looked at how the Watershed could best support their community of creatives to act on climate. And the resulting Creative Climate Action Toolkit focuses on actionable, achievable and nuanced climate action to support smaller creative businesses, organisations, collectives and freelancers. This step by step approach also helps combat the overwhelm often felt at the scale of the crisis.

It was developed from a series of workshops and conversations with a range of different creatives in the studio community and beyond – acknowledging that everyone is an expert in their own practice, and more often than not, know the pathways forward that make sense for them.

At CG we have found this guide really insightful and useful. You can watch the video below and read more about the research and access printable worksheets on the Watershed website here.
