****NOW SOLD OUT ***

If you would like to be added to a list to receive information after the event please email caroline@creategloucestershire.co.uk

This Arts & Health Creative Lab will explore Arts and Health and Arts on Prescription* with a focus on Gloucestershire’s delivery. We will share experiences from a number of different arts and health providers from the perspectives of practice and evidence.

Create Glos is working to support the sector to deliver health and wellbeing outcomes. This involves capturing learning and developing our thinking in order to broaden, extend and grow the arts and health offer.

We want to bring artists and organisations together to share experiences with a focus on high quality practice and evidence.

The event will also be an opportunity to find out what else is happening within the county and connect, network and develop new opportunities and partnerships within the arts and health sector.

CG is also planning the final Action Learning set this Autumn, focusing on artists, practitioners, managers and leaders who work in the arts and health field in Gloucestershire so we are planning to include an action learning taster session part of the creative lab .

*Arts on Prescription, sometimes know as Arts on Referral, is a type of social prescribing. In social prescribing there is a referral process whereby health or social care practitioners refer people to a service or a source of support. Arts on Prescription schemes provide arts and creative activities for participants to take part in.
